USD: Mixed Wall Street Session; Dollar Steadies Ahead of Central Bank Commentary

Wall Street started the week mixed, with the Dow -0.4%, S&P 500 +0.2%, and Nasdaq +0.5% heading into the final hour of trade. The US 10-year yield rose 2bps to 4.10%, while WTI crude edged +0.1% to US$61/barrel. The USD strengthened against most G10 peers, with AUD/USD trading in a 0.6518–0.65625 range, settling near 0.6540 as Asia opened.
