Our Executive Team

Eric Huang

Founder,  CEO

Eric is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CA, bringing over 20 years of expertise in global financial markets, foreign exchange (FX) trading, risk management and institutional client advisory. He has held senior positions across global financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Western Union Business Solutions, and Moneytech, where he specialised in strategic foresight and tailored banking solutions.  

Prior to founding CA, Eric led FX advisory and private banking divisions. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex currency exposures, and advising corporates and HNW clients. 

As the Founder, Eric has led the strategic vision, establishing the paymentled ecosystem. His deep market expertise, institutional relationships, and commercial leadership have been instrumental in positioning CA as a trusted infrastructure partner for other financial institutions, corporate, and enterprise clients. 

 

Prateek Mathur

COO

Prateek brings over 20 years of global expertise across banking and finance, having led large-scale transformation programmes. He has held leadership roles at major international financial institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, where he was responsible for delivering a critical multi-jurisdictional programs and risk infrastructure initiatives with significant revenue and operational impact. 

As Chief Operating Officer of CA, Prateek leads group-wide operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and operational scalability across the Group’s product divisions. His expertise ensures the Group operates with institutional-grade controls and infrastructure to support large-scale financial operations. 

Bruce Song

Co-founder CTO

Bruce has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and fintech platform development. He has held senior engineering and technology roles at AWS, Autodesk, and Jayride, and as a SaaS founder, he specialises in payment systems, engineering management, and scalable technology solutions. 

At CA, Bruce architected and built the Group’s proprietary platform the ground up. His leadership has enabled CA to develop a secure, scalable, and highly automated platform capable of supporting institutional-grade payment flows and regulatory requirements. His technical vision underpins CAs payments-led model and provides the technological foundation for the Group’s continued growth and scalability.

 

 

 

John Woo

Head of Payments

John brings over 18 years of experience across financial markets, fintech, and payments. He has held senior leadership roles at globally recognised organisations, including at Thomson Reuters, where he served as Head of Investment Solutions, driving market and product development for investment management and investment banking divisions across the Asia-Pacific region. More recently, as Growth & Partnerships Manager at Azupay, John played a leading role in scaling Australia’s account-toaccount (A2A) payments ecosystem.

As Head of Payments at CA, John leads the Group’s payments strategy and commercial execution. His deep expertise in payments infrastructure and digital transformation, combined with a career built on fostering institutional client relationships, positions him as a key driver of CA’s payments-led growth.

Rimal Gokani

Rimal Gokani is an experienced investment management professional with over 20 years of global experience, holding leadership roles across fintech, banking, and digital payments, including Zai, SC Ventures, Standard Chartered, and Deutsche Bank.

Currently, he is the Managing Partner at Apta Group, a Board Member at Village Dairy Australia, and a Non-Executive Director at Corporate Alliance, leveraging his expertise in governance, strategic growth, and financial stewardship.

Simon Griffin

Simon Griffin has over 20 years of experience in global financial services. He has held senior and executive roles at Macquarie Bank, OFX, HiFX and XE.com, as well as significant expertise in scaling technology businesses including Prospa and Car Next Door.

Simon currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Identitii and advisor for Corporate Alliance, leveraging his expertise in governance, financial performance, and customer-focused innovation.

Nathan Fryer

Nathan has over 20 years of experience in financial markets across front, middle, and back-office roles at Westpac and NAB, with over a decade in senior compliance management, including as Head of Asia Compliance at Thomson Reuters.

Nathan is the Head of Risk and Compliance at ABC Bullion, and an advisor to Corporate Alliance, specialising in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.
