USD Rebounds as Volatility Dominates FX Trade
Currency markets remained choppy overnight, with sharp swings across majors as the USD staged a late-session recovery. AUD/USD traded a wide range, initially pushing to fresh highs before reversing sharply amid USD strength. EUR and GBP also pulled back from session peaks, while USD/JPY probed higher levels during the USD rebound. Commodity-linked currencies were volatile alongside strong moves in energy and metals, while late-session USD selling allowed majors to recover modestly into the close.
