Forex Market 

USD: Choppy Trade Amid Key Events
The U.S. dollar saw mixed moves, pressured by the BoE’s surprise inflation outlook and U.S. data. Gains against the AUD and EUR were offset by losses versus GBP and CAD.

  • AUD/USD ranged 0.6490–0.6541, closing near 0.6520 ahead of Asia.
  • EUR/USD spiked to 1.1699 before retreating to 1.1611.
  • GBP/USD surged to 1.34365 post-BoE.
  • USD/CAD touched 1.3773 highs.
  • USD/JPY held firm around 146.99–147.50.

AUD: Choppy Trade Before Asia Open
AUD/USD traded in a volatile 0.6490–0.6541 range overnight, closing near 0.6520 ahead of the Asian session. Early gains driven by positive risk sentiment faded after London’s rate set, with the pair briefly touching new lows before stabilising.
