Holiday-Thinned Trade Keeps FX Ranges Tight
Markets remained subdued over the Christmas–Boxing Day period, with light liquidity keeping currency moves contained. The USD was modestly firmer late in the session, while AUD/USD held comfortably above 0.6700, briefly testing highs near 0.6711. NZD and GBP saw mild pressure during NY trade, while USD/JPY stayed supported amid thin flows.
